Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the tasting room, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for guests.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and promote the company's products and services.
- Coordinate and execute tasting events, private functions, and other special events to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes to ensure adequate supplies and minimize waste.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to track performance, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Qualifications

Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a tasting room or similar environment.
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in event planning and execution within the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with inventory management and cost control practices.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
