Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a highly motivated and tactical Task Order Manager to manage closeout of its highly successful Engineering Services Task Order supporting digital transformation at the Defense Thread Reduction Agency in Ft. Belvoir, VA.
As the Task Order Manager, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs to effectively complete executing technical programs. You should possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, be a strong team player, and able to establish solid working relationships with technical staff and peers within the team, as well as our external Government customers. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in communications, Agile, and DevSecOps; Cloud, platform system integration; and/or test and evaluation.
Primary Responsibilities

Organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks within the DoD’s Risk Management Framework.

Manage team of on-site contract support personnel.

Maintain and manage the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.

Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensure conformance with program task schedules and costs.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Program Management / Business Administration or equivalent IT related field preferred.

A minimum of 8 years of experience managing IT projects and programs across multiple functional teams.

Experience leading a portfolio of 20+ concurrent IT projects.

Experience in monitoring task order and project priorities, procedures, objectives, resource allocation, and areas of service.

Experience in managing task order and project teams to ensure goals are completed on time.

Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile (CSM, PMI-ACP, or CSPO, etc.) certifications required at contract start.

U.S. Citizenship with an active DoD Top Secret security clearance, preferably with SCI eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting the DoD IT missions, DTRA missions, and/or working with key stakeholders within DTRA.

Pay Range:Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
