Position Summary
ECS is seeking a Task Management Analyst - Senior to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) ENOCS program by ensuring efficient task management and policy coordination within the ARNG G6 SIG. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring and analyzing taskers, coordinating policy reviews, and facilitating executive-level communications. This position is integral to maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring timely and accurate deliverables within both NIPR and SIPR environments.
Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage taskers using ETMS2 and the Task Management Tool (TMT) for ARNG G6 SIG.
- Analyze CIO/G6 equities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional policy review workflows to meet tight suspense timelines.
- Develop and maintain Comment Resolution Matrices and provide written editorial recommendations.
- Prepare executive-level correspondence in support of O6 and senior leader reviews.
- Track due-outs and maintain accurate task status reporting.
- Ensure deliverables are completed securely and within required timelines across NIPR and SIPR environments.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: Secret Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role Conditional Alternative at the Intermediate proficiency level
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in enterprise-level task management and policy coordination within DoD or Federal environments.
- Demonstrated experience with ETMS2 and TMT tasker management.
- Proven ability to develop executive-level correspondence and Comment Resolution Matrices.
- Experience ensuring secure and timely completion of deliverables across NIPR and SIPR environments.
