Job Description:
Parsons is seeking a talented Targeting Systems Analyst to support the OMIS program at RAF Molesworth, UK. The Targeting Systems Analyst will serve as an all-source military capabilities analyst, working across the intelligence community to build consensus, drive production, and deliver rigorous analysis on complex adversary systems. This role requires strong analytic tradecraft and the ability to translate technical and operational understanding into clear, actionable, long-form intelligence products supporting the warfighter.
What you'll be doing:
- Conduct all-source analysis of military capabilities to support target development and the broader intelligence mission
- Collaborate with multiple intelligence agencies and elements to build consensus, resolve analytic disagreements, and drive production timelines
- Analyze and break down complex military systems to identify vulnerabilities, dependencies, and operational significance
- Produce and present written long-form intelligence products to customers and stakeholders
- Apply analytic tradecraft standards, including critical thinking and structured analytic techniques, throughout the production process
- Support integration of analysis into the Joint Targeting Cycle and Joint Planning Process, as required
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree, or intelligence experience in lieu of a degree, with a minimum of 5 years of related professional experience (Master's degree may be preferred at this level)
- 5+ years of experience as an all-source military capabilities analyst
- Experience working with multiple intelligence agencies and elements to build consensus and drive production
- Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems
- Experience producing and presenting written long-form intelligence products
- Knowledge of analytic tradecraft, including critical thinking and structured analysis
- Active TS/SCI clearance
