Job Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated Targeting Analyst to provide technical and analytic support to a small, high-impact team. This role will enhance mission support by broadening opportunities in targeting, identity intelligence, and all-source analysis.
Responsibilities Include:
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques and methodologies to generate all-source intelligence products and target development packages.
- Read, interpret, and process intelligence reports from various disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, and technical data).
- Present findings and strategic intelligence briefings to senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
- Use link-analysis tools such as Palantir or Analyst Notebook for comprehensive intelligence and target package creation.
- Work independently while coordinating with a team for tracking progress and insights via publicly available and proprietary software tools.
- Proven ability to brief senior level managers effectively and efficiently.
- Knowledge of all-source intelligence, including SIGINT, and/or HUMINT collection reports.
- Familiarity with Boolean search methodologies and classified client databases, including specific targeting tools.
- Experience with tracing, call-chain analysis, selector attribution, and classified communication analysis tools.
- Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences and the ability to translate intelligence questions into written responses.
- Familiarity with key US foreign policy, national security Counterterrorism (CT) and local/federal law enforcement objectives or threat-related datasets.
Basic Qualifications:
- TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
- Knowledge of all-source intelligence, including SIGINT, and/or HUMINT collection reports.
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience may be exchanged for degree requirements.
