The Dental Health Secretary is responsible for managing administrative operations within a dental practice. This role ensures the smooth coordination of patient services by handling appointment scheduling, maintaining accurate patient records, processing billing, and supporting clear communication between patients and dental staff. The Dental Health Secretary plays a key role in creating a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors to the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle billing, invoicing, insurance claims, and payment processing.
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Facilitate communication between patients and dental professionals to support timely and informed care.
• Prepare and manage documentation required for treatments and procedures.
• Ensure the front desk and reception areas are organized and presentable.
• Support clinical staff with administrative tasks as needed to maintain efficient clinic operations.

Job Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in medical or dental administration is a plus.
