We’re looking for an experienced and certified Tanium SME for an initial 3–6 month, full-time contract, with on-site working required in London.
You’ll operate as an extension of the client’s existing team, providing hands-on Tanium expertise alongside proactive advice, guidance and best-practice recommendations.
The initial priority will be Tanium Discovery, building an understanding of the current environment, challenges and requirements before broadening into additional Tanium modules and capabilities as the engagement develops.
Key responsibilities
- Embed within the client team and provide hands-on Tanium SME support.
- Lead the initial focus on Tanium Discovery.
- Assess the current Tanium environment, requirements and priorities.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
- Provide practical, best-practice recommendations rather than simply responding to assigned tasks.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders and challenge where appropriate.
- Support broader Tanium modules as priorities evolve.
- Help the client maximise value from their existing Tanium capabilities.
- Transfer knowledge and expertise into the internal team.
- Clearly communicate progress, findings, recommendations and next steps.
We’re looking for a contractor who can hit the ground running, work autonomously and bring both deep Tanium knowledge and a consultative mindset to the engagement.
You must hold at least one of the following Tanium Certifications to be considered for this role -
- Tanium Certified Administrator (TCA)
- Tanium Certified Specialist Cloud Deployment
- Tanium Certified Professional Endpoint Management (TCPEM)
- Tanium Certified Professional Endpoint Risk and Security (TCPRS)
Requirements
Contract: 3–6 months initially
Commitment: Full-time
Location: London, with on-site working required
Skills Required
- At least one Tanium certification: Tanium Certified Administrator, Tanium Certified Specialist Cloud Deployment, Tanium Certified Professional Endpoint Management, or Tanium Certified Professional Endpoint Risk and Security.
- Deep Tanium knowledge and hands-on Tanium expertise.
- Ability to work autonomously and provide consultative advice and best-practice recommendations.
- Full-time availability for an initial three-to-six-month contract.
- On-site working in London.
