Achieve Test Prep's mission is to make higher education more accessible and affordable for working adults. Achieve offers live, online instruction, 1-on-1 tutoring and mentoring, and flexible course schedules that empower non-traditional college students to test out of college credits and earn higher level professional licenses.
Role Overview:
This is a hands-on, high-volume role. You’ll run the full hiring process for our busiest positions. You’ll source, screen, shortlist and move candidates through the pipeline quickly without letting quality slip, ultimately driving down time-to-hire and filling open roles efficiently. The right person enjoys the pace, knows a strong candidate when they see one, and meticulously keeps records the whole team can rely on.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for high-volume roles through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, communities and any other channel that works
- Write and post job ads, and keep them fresh
- Screen applications and run first-round recruiter screening interviews
- Send hiring managers well-qualified shortlists promptly to keep recruitment moving quickly and reduce time-to-hire.
- Manage prompt candidate communications from first outreach to offer stage to prevent candidate drop-off.
- Keep candidate records, pipeline status and hiring data accurate and up to date in our ATS (Zoho) and tracking tools
- Proactively build talent pools for recurring roles to pre-fill open positions and shorten time-to-hire
- Report on pipeline health, time-to-fill and source effectiveness, and suggest ways to improve
Desired Skills & Experience:
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume hiring for remote, VA, customer support roles
- A proven eye for talent: you can spot potential, attitude and culture fit, not just keywords on a CV
- Excellent record keeping and organisation, with real attention to detail
- A self-starter who manages their own workload, sets priorities and follows through without needing reminders
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable with ATS platforms, Google sheets and remote collaboration tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Zoho, Basecamp)

Schedule: Flexible schedule with a minimum of 4 hours overlap during the 9am to 5pm EST business day.
Remote: 100% Online

What We Do
Achieve Test Prep is committed to providing academic excellence, online credit-by-exam programs and customized RN and BSN bridge plans for medical professionals seeking to advance their careers. ATP provides students a traditional classroom atmosphere ONLINE with the speed of credit-by-examination. This program helps students to "test-out" of required nursing pre-req classes to achieve their Associates in Nursing or BSN and prepares them for their Registered Nursing Licensing Exam (NCLEX). The examinations and accreditations are administered independently by Excelsior College, DSST, UExcel or CLEP. ATP is the tutoring institute that provides the materials, instructors, and structure to properly prepare students to easily and successfully pass all the examinations. ATP strives to set the benchmark for overall value by providing live, classroom-based online interactive, instructor-led courses offering unique benefits compared to traditional education. We currently offer Nationwide online learning.
