How will you add value to the OpenPayd journey?
- Managing the job adverts and reviewing and pre-screening direct applications.
- You will be part of a wider People team and support the growth of all Openpayd offices across Europe and beyond
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, Xray, referrals, Social Media sourcing, internal databases, talent pools).
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on hard-to-fill and niche roles.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Managers, Head of Talent and hiring managers to understand role requirements, target profiles, and market availability.
- Screen CVs and profiles to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit before progressing candidates in the process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS and sourcing trackers.
- Map talent markets, competitors, and talent pools to support strategic hiring decisions.
- Support diversity and inclusion goals through inclusive sourcing strategies.
- Track and report on sourcing metrics (pipeline health, response rates, source effectiveness).
- Continuously test and introduce new sourcing tools, channels, and techniques to improve efficiency and quality of hire applications.
- Provide our candidates with world class- candidate experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- 2–4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or research, in an in-house or agency environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Xray, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, talent pools).
- Proven ability to proactively engage passive candidates and build pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Good understanding of translating role requirements into effective sourcing strategies
- Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to align target profiles and market availability.
- Ability to screen CVs and profiles and provide initial quality assessment before interview stages.
- Data-driven and detail-oriented, with experience maintaining accurate candidate information in ATS or CRM systems.
- Comfortable tracking sourcing metrics such as response rates, pipeline health, and source effectiveness.
- Strong focus on candidate experience and inclusive sourcing practices
- Proactive, adaptable, and continuously looking for ways to improve sourcing efficiency through new tools or approaches.
