We are currently seeking a Talent Sourcing Recruiter to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Talent Sourcing Recruiter at ICON, you will focus on building strong talent pipelines for critical roles, proactively identifying and engaging candidates to support ICON’s growth.What You Will Do:
  • Your favorite part of the recruitment process is to focus on sourcing and hunting for talent.
  • Responsible for the successful sourcing of external candidates to support internal job requirements in the United States and Canada.
  • Develop external networks through web-based portals.
  • Fully utilize and maintain candidate databases and systems.
  • Works with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner’s to develop business and staffing requirements, recruitment strategies, and tactics.
  • Networking through technical journals, publications, social media and the internet.
  • Client mapping in order to network and build on an existing database.
  • Continuously sources applicants for potential openings; maintain a pipeline of qualified individuals.
  • Conducts screening interviews to identify qualified candidates.
  • Provides meaningful feedback and recommendations on candidates to the Client Facing Recruiters.
  • Identifies candidates for key positions, and develops the relationship required to effectively recruit for current or future positions.
  • The Sourcing Recruiter will work in conjunction with Talent Acquisition Business Partner’s to post open positions and publicize the role within social media forums, job boards, universities or other channels.
  • Works with Talent Acquisition Business Partner’s to engage with Hiring Managers to gain a better understanding of the recruiting needs.

Your Profile:

  • You are a Talent Scout and your favorite part of the recruitment process is sourcing and hunting for talent.
  • Undergraduate degree with experience as a Sourcing Recruiter on a Talent Acquisition team or comparable experience.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of roles within ICON and the ability to communicate these effectively with external candidates.
  • Previous experience recruiting passive candidates in highly competitive markets in the United States and Canada required.
  • Proven ability to identify suitable candidates and match them to open positions in the USA and Canada.
  • Has knowledge of recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems and external job websites.
  • Demonstrates the ability to screen external candidates effectively and provide interview notes.
  • Experience in the clinical research, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in a senior recruitment capacity is preferred.
  • Required to work 3 days from our Raleigh, North Carolina office.
