The Opportunity 

We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Partner to join our dynamic Global Sourcing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in building talent pipelines and delivering sourcing strategies to support hiring across North America, focused on professional services and consulting roles. If you are passionate about finding top talent and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is the role for you. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies. 

  • Identify and engage passive candidates through advanced search techniques, social platforms, and talent communities. 

  • Leverage AI-driven tools and automation technologies to enhance sourcing efficiency, candidate matching, and market insights. 

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles across North America. 

  • Screen candidates for qualifications and cultural fit prior to submission. 

  • Track and report sourcing metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health. 

  • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and other sourcing platforms. 

  • Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and competitor insights. 

 

Basic Qualifications 

  • At least 3+ years in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably within professional services or consulting environments. 

  • Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques. 

  • Familiarity with CRM processes and workflows. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Understanding of professional services or consulting roles. 

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience sourcing for consulting, energy, or technical roles. 

  • Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies. 

  • Data-driven approach to sourcing and pipeline management.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$89,649.00 - $152,404.00
