- 1+ year of experience in talent sourcing or technical recruitment.
- Proven track record of sourcing globally, especially in LATAM, or EU regions.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage passive candidates effectively.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
- Use a variety of sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent, including Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, and specialized platforms.
- Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS.
- Monitor and report on sourcing metrics and performance.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor insights, and sourcing best practices.
