POSITION OVERVIEW


The Talent Sourcer will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to achieve overall recruiting initiatives, while working independently to execute selected sourcing assignments. This is an exciting opportunity to support the full life-cycle recruitment process to hire top talent and fuel our growth.

 

This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager, or another senior management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate. This position is remote.


Responsibilities

  • Support the full life-cycle recruiting process, including: sourcing top talent, working with recruiters on job descriptions, scheduling interviews with candidates, etc.;
  • Source candidates through various resources: networking, cold calling, internet searches, resume databases, contact lists, and employee referrals;
  • Assist in the development of innovating sourcing, recruitment strategies, and outreach opportunities to attract diverse, qualified candidates;
  • Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization;
  • Screen resumes to determine basic qualifications;
  • Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience required;
  • Experience in renewable energy, required;
  • Experience recruiting Development Division positions, required;
  • Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques, required;
  • Experience approaching passive candidates;
  • Experience screening resumes to match qualifications;
  • Proficiency using various ATS and other recruiting systems;
  • Proficiency using software programs such as MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Must be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills and be a self-motivated team player;
  • A quick learner with great attention to detail;
  • Sound judgement and ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality;
  • Deadline-oriented with an ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; and the ability to quickly work into new tasks and accommodate new circumstances; and
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving dynamic, environment.
