WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

We're seeking a proactive and skilled Sourcer to help us acquire the best talent on the market. You will join our global people team and report to our Recruitment Lead.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner, adaptable to evolving hiring needs, and can proactively overcome recruitment challenges.

You’ll become a crucial part of our recruiting strategy, diving deep into the talent pool to identify and attract top-notch candidates, enabling us to meet our ambitious growth objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

• Identify and Engage Top Talent. Utilize various sourcing techniques and tools to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates for various positions across the organization.
• Collaborate with Hiring Teams: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of each role, the function and how it fits into the organization.
• Market Intelligence: Gather market data to inform recruitment strategies, including talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends. Use insights to enhance sourcing strategies and adjust tactics based on the competitive landscape.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining timely communication and providing feedback. Advocate for candidates and ensure their questions are answered promptly.
• Technology & Tools: Leverage technology and maintain proficiency with company-provided platforms and tools to track candidate progress through the recruitment process. Ensure high data quality in Greenhouse – our applicant tracking system.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 💥

• 1+ years experience working as a Sourcer / Recruiter in-house or at an agency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of modern sourcing methodologies and tools, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean logic.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for building relationships and networking.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage recruiting metrics and insights to guide decision-making and improve sourcing effectiveness.
