Job Description:
As a Talent Sourcer at MPS, your primary responsibility will be to source the best passive talent within the power semiconductor industry.
The successful candidate will need to be able to work well in a team setting while having a level of independence and autonomy to be successful in this role. Ultimately, you will build a strong technical talent pipeline and help hire skilled employees for the positions you manage.
This position will be a 6 months temp role with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time permanent.
Essential Functions:
- Source technical talent through various recruiting channels.
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs to reduce time-to-hire.
- Collaborate with Hiring Teams to determine job requirements and to prioritize openings and sourcing.
- Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Promote the company’s reputation through crafting engaging, brand-aligned messages to convert passive professionals into interested prospects and applicants.
- Assist with general recruiting tasks such as interview scheduling as assigned.
- Assist with Campus/University recruiting initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ plus years’ experience in Recruiting/Sourcing.
- Proven track record as a Recruiter/Sourcer, preferably in the Semiconductor Industry.
- Ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with hiring managers.
- Exceptional written communication and writing skills to draft effective cold-outreach and follow-up emails.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Utilize advanced search techniques (Boolean logic) across all recruiting platforms.
- Proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems, Candidate Management Systems, and recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Organized, and ability to manage multiple openings.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The hiring range for this position is $100,000-135,000 annually.
