We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated and experienced Recruiter to our HR Department based out of our Juriquilla office.

On site: Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5 pm

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including identifying selection criteria, developing interview questions and assessments, screening applications, and conducting interviews alongside hiring managers.
• Facilitate reference checks and make job offers, ensuring offer packages are accurately prepared and sent to candidates.
• Develop, recommend, and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Provide training and communication to management and staff on recruitment, selection, and retention best practices.
• Offer guidance and expert advice to management and staff on recruitment and selection processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and assist with workforce planning.
• Create, update, and ensure compliance with recruitment and selection policies and procedures in alignment with current employment legislation according to each country.
  

HR Support and Additional Activities:

• Participate in and support various Human Resources projects to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Advise managers on best practices, compliance with human rights legislation, and other relevant laws related to recruitment and selection.
• Represent the company at career fairs and job expos to promote recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate on recruitment initiatives and drive their successful execution.
• Regularly update and maintain accurate job descriptions to reflect current roles and responsibilities.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and provide management with insightful feedback for continuous improvement.
• Uphold and adhere to Charger’s health and safety policies and practices.

• Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in a technical field is a must.
• +4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting (in-house is an asset).
• Fast Corporate Environment is a must.
• Familiarity with using tools of the trade: ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, sourcing tools etc.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
• Exceptional networking, relationship building and organizational skills.
• Advanced English is a must.
