The Role

Description

n8n is a low-code platform for workflow automation and AI app integration, designed for technical users. It simplifies connecting to any app or API and enables the incorporation of AI into business processes. n8n is and has a passionate and engaged community of builders!

🎯 Your main goal will be to elevate our hiring process by identifying and attracting top-tier talent while driving diversity across n8n's workforce.

To do so, here are your responsibilities:

1- Proactive Talent Sourcing

🔍 Actively source for critical and evergreen roles, identifying candidates who align with n8n’s high standards.
🚀 Develop and execute strategic talent mapping initiatives to build a robust pipeline for future roles.
🌱 Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential top candidates, ensuring n8n is their top choice when they’re ready for a new challenge.

2- Building and Managing Talent Pools

📚 Create and manage a comprehensive internal candidate database, ensuring it’s continuously updated with relevant talent.
🤝 Engage in employer branding initiatives to position n8n as an employer of choice, especially within tech communities.
🧠 Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sourcing strategies, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

3- Driving Diversity and Inclusion

🌍 Develop and implement strategies to increase diversity in our candidate pipelines, ensuring we meet our diversity goals.
🎯 Track and report on diversity metrics, continuously seeking ways to improve and innovate.
💪 Partner with internal stakeholders to advocate for inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment process.

4- Support Long-Term Scale

📚 Research, develop and document best-in-class sourcing practices
🚀 Support implementation of long-term projects around: hiring, onboarding, employer branding, employee experience
🌱 Handle 1-3 roles as an end-to-end recruiter when Talent Acquisition Managers are at capacity

You'd be working mainly with Mattias, Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (focused on tech roles), based in Berlin, and Candice, Talent Acquisition Manager (focused on go-to-market roles), based in Gran Canaria.

Requirements
Must-have

🚀 Biased for action: You are proactive and driven, always taking the initiative to move projects forward with speed and precision.
🎯 Process-oriented and tenacious: You are methodical and persistent, ensuring that no detail is overlooked in your sourcing efforts.
🔥 Initial sourcing/recruitment experience: You have hands-on experience in sourcing or recruitment, within a fast-paced environment.
🌱 Growth mindset: You are eager to learn, adapt, and continuously improve your skills, particularly in sourcing and recruitment.

You're already based in Europe, the UK or Turkey. We are unfortunately unable to sponsor visas for this particular role.

Nice-to-have

🌟 Startup experience: You have worked in a startup environment before and understand the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
💻 Tech recruitment background: You have experience sourcing for tech roles, understanding the nuances and demands of these positions.
