The Impact you will have in this role:
- Partner closely with business leaders and recruiters to understand Product and Client-facing hiring needs, analyze talent market conditions, and design targeted sourcing strategies, with a strong emphasis on Product roles and Relationship Manager / Client Lead positions within Financial Services.
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor by using market data, competitive intelligence, and business acumen to influence hiring strategies across Product, Client Coverage, and Relationship Management functions.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Financial Services talent markets, including Product, Relationship Management, Client Leads, and revenue-generating roles, staying current on market trends, competitor hiring activity, and candidate motivators.
- Develop and implement end-to-end sourcing strategies across Product and client-facing roles, including job posting optimization, recruitment marketing channel development, job board procurement, and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning.
- Identify, engage, and source high-quality candidates for active requisitions while proactively building future talent pipelines for Product Managers, Relationship Managers, Client Leads, and related roles.
- Build and nurture specialized talent communities through proactive outreach, social engagement, and long-term relationship management with Product and Client-facing talent.
- Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) by applying innovative and inclusive sourcing strategies that attract diverse Product and Relationship Management talent.
- Consistently generate and maintain robust pipelines for Product and Client-facing roles, working in close alignment with recruiters and business stakeholders to meet fast-paced hiring demands.
- Integrate risk management and control processes into daily sourcing activities, particularly critical within regulated Financial Services environments, and raise risks appropriately.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional sourcing experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- 5+ years of sourcing experience across both agency and in-house corporate environments
- Proven success sourcing for:
- Product roles (Product Managers, Product Owners, Product Analysts, Platform/Product Technology)
- Client-facing roles (Relationship Managers, Client Leads, Client Coverage, Account Management)
- Strong understanding of Financial Services business models, revenue drivers, and client lifecycle dynamics
- Advanced sourcing strategy and deep research capabilities to identify niche, high-impact talent
- Expert proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sophisticated sourcing tools
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and digital recruiting technologies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, managing multiple priorities with agility
