The Strategic Sourcing Partner, International will support Cohesity’s INTL sourcing strategy, proactive pipeline generation, market intelligence capability, and talent attraction agenda, partnering closely with the wider TA team, People, Marketing, Hiring Managers, and Executive Staff.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • Support the EMEA recruiters in their hiring efforts, provide sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement in alignment with their priorities.

  • Attend all intake meetings for new roles to ensure alignment on role requirements, screening criteria, and sourcing strategies.

  • Participate in all TA team meetings and broader People Team meetings to stay connected on organizational priorities, process updates, and talent initiatives.

  • Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process, including role profiling, candidate assessment, and pipeline strategy.

  • Source and identify top candidates, conduct initial screening, and partner directly with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate fit and role requirements.

  • Ensure silver-medalist and near-miss talent is retained in Workday for future hiring needs.

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.

In-Office Expectations
Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
