Why this role mattersThe Talent Sourcer will play a key role in strengthening our Talent Acquisition capabilities by building strong pipelines of high-quality candidates. You will leverage your research, market mapping, and sourcing expertise to proactively identify and engage talent across multiple geographies, ensuring that Exness continues to attract the best professionals in the market.
An ideal Talent Sourcer is expected to have strong interpersonal and analytical skills, a passion for connecting with people, and the creativity to find and engage top talent through innovative sourcing strategies. You are highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, international environment, while being a strong team player who supports recruiters and hiring managers in achieving hiring goals.
What you'll actually do
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies.
- Source, identify and engage potential candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, social media, professional communities, databases, events, referrals).
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across different markets and functions to support both current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to provide insights on talent availability, competitors, and industry trends.
- Qualify potential candidates through initial outreach and screening conversations, assessing their suitability and interest.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through professional and timely communication.
- Keep accurate data and reporting on sourcing activities, pipelines, and market insights.
- Continuously explore and test new sourcing tools, techniques, and platforms to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to share market intelligence and sourcing best practices.
- Support Employer Branding initiatives by identifying opportunities to engage talent communities.
- Perform all other duties related to sourcing and talent pipeline management as assigned.
- Previous working experience as a Talent Sourcer, Researcher, or Junior Recruiter (minimum 2–3 years).
- Experience in sourcing for technical and/or corporate roles across multiple geographies.
- Strong knowledge of modern sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with candidates.
- Strong research, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset, creativity, and problem-solving attitude.
- A team player with a positive “can do” approach and eagerness to learn.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field (preferred).
