  • Work with the Global Sourcing Team (if applicable) to provide timely feedback on Talent Pools and Longlists.
  • Ensure service levels, hiring targets, quality metrics, and time-to-fill objectives are consistently achieved.
  • Monitor recruitment pipelines and identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development of diverse and inclusive talent pipelines.

Talent Advisory & Workforce Planning

  • Consult with client stakeholders on organizational growth plans, talent availability, succession pipelines, and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver labour market insights and competitor intelligence to support business decision-making.
  • Recommend effective sourcing strategies and innovative attraction approaches for challenging skill sets.
  • Identify emerging hiring trends and proactively adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Act as a player-coach within the account team, offering guidance, support, and best practice sharing across Talent Solution Partners and Specialists.
  • Mentor less experienced team members and contribute to their professional development.
  • Support onboarding of new recruiters assigned to the account.
  • Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a culture of high performance.
  • Lead by example through personal delivery excellence and strong stakeholder engagement.

  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with client requirements, company standards, employment legislation, and data privacy regulations.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and activity tracking.
  • Analyse hiring metrics and use data to drive performance improvements.
  • Contribute to process optimisation and implementation of best practices.
