About the roleThe Madrid-based Talent Reporting and Project Analyst will be a key member of the Group HR team. The purpose of the role is to deliver Talent Acquisition analysis and reports for key stakeholders, improve reporting capabilities, leverage talent acquisition tools, build automated reports, identify reporting gaps, and support with the coordination of key projects and implementation of action plans.Key responsibilities

- Support the Head of Group Talent Acquisition and Group Talent Director with planning, coordination, and monitoring of talent acquisition projects and action plans.
- Analyse data from multiple sources regularly.
- Lead the creation of monthly, quartlerly and annual reports and dashboards.
- Improve overall talent acquisition reporting and suggest streamlined ways to leverage tools.
- Participate in designing programs and initiatives for a personalized Candidate Experience.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and improve talent acquisition processes.
- Coordinate transversal projects to enhance candidate experience using project methodologies.
- Ensure proper communication and implementation of projects internally.

Candidate profile

Experience and Qualifications- Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.At least 2 years of professional working experience in a similar role, or transferable skills that may be applicable.
- Solid Excel skills and strong command of PowerPoint.
- Structured and detail-oriented with the ability to understand the big picture.
- Effective at both strategic and operational levels with a hands-on approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in international, multicultural settings.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for creating and presenting slides.
- Agile and adaptable to change with pragmatism.
