About the Opportunity
The Talent Analytics Lead role is an essential resource accountable for establishing metrics and delivering global standard Human Resources reporting in collaboration with internal stakeholders to design easy to use, dynamic talent analytics solutions. The role will partner with internal customers to gather business data requirements, clarify data concepts, assess demand and recommend reporting standards (Ad Hoc & Custom report builds); help to identify and establish baseline and strategic metrics that will be used to measure operational outcomes, HR & People performance drivers.
This role will manage the end-to-end talent analytics and reporting process. She/he will support all reporting for CHRO, Executives, and COE requests as well as play a strategic role in benchmarking, developing, building, testing, and validating Dashboard capabilities within Workday and also explore different technology platforms. She/he will champion and execute on a metrics-driven culture by providing support in producing and distributing metrics that support the global HR function and business decisions.
Responsibilities
• Define concepts and provide standard definitions related to HR data metrics to ensure consistency across the organization
• Evaluate the current state of data and identify gaps
• Assess data skills and tools available to develop the Analytics function
• Understand metrics and details levels needed by the business
• Maintains and builds out metrics-based infrastructure to ensure timely, relevant and consistent reporting
• Support and facilitate global reporting including updates to templates, communications as well as analyzing and summarizing results
• Continuous focus on enhancements, process improvements and automation to optimize efficiency thru quality analytics and data
• Translate business requirements into reporting solutions, analytic tools and dashboards to deliver actionable data to end users
• Streamline existing reporting tools in use
• Work collaboratively in the development, production and continuous improvement of standard and ad hoc reports related to the organization's workforce
• Actively partner with functional subject matter experts for human resources data and reporting
• Work closely with stakeholders in a consultative role to assess data and analytics needs; recommend appropriate strategies, methods and analyses to improve decision making
• Analyze, understand, interpret and explain data in support of HR and business needs
• Manipulate structured, semi-structured and unstructured data from disparate sources to provide reporting for regular production and ad hoc requests
• •Maintain the integrity of data management. Identify erroneous or incomplete data and recommend corrective actions as needed
• Ensure data tables used in reporting are updated and maintained appropriately
• Perform routine monthly reports
• Proactively determine data trends to identify opportunities for enhanced analytics
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Human Resources data
Candidate Profile
• Skilled in HR data analysis
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Ability to design, prototype and present new HRIS components (Dashboards & reporting tools)
• Prior experience with synthesizing and analyzing data that provides business and HR intelligence
• Demonstrated capabilities towards operational & process excellence
• Ability to make recommendations to resolve problems and address HR & business needs
• Minimum 3 years of Workday Core HCM & custom reports experience
• 6+ years of prior experience with HR customer service technologies and other HR platforms
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Excellent communication, project management, cross-functional team collaboration and vendor management skills
• Travel requirement: ~15%
Compensation & Benefits:

The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity, and other objective job-related factors.
Salary Range estimated for the Talent Reporting and Analytics Lead: $100,600 to $135,900 USD.
