Work Overview

We are looking for a Talent Recruiter specializing in therapy services, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Private Duty Nursing. The Talen Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring qualified professionals including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, behavior analysts, registered behavior technicians, behavior technicians, nurses and administrative staff. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in therapy, ABA and Private Duty Nursing
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks and referrals
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
  • Manage candidate relationships, providing timely updates and feedback through the recruitment process
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
  • Maintain open and effective communication with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Health Care Management, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of two years in health care recruitment, specifically in therapy, ABA or nursing services
  • Great customer service skills
