Position Overview:
In this pivotal role, you’ll take charge of screening and interviewing potential instructors sourced by our talent acquisition team. You’ll "sell" the candidates on our mission to deliver high-quality education and assess their fit for ELVTR's rigorous standards. This position requires a blend of interpersonal skills, strong intuition for assessing talent, and a passion for sharing ELVTR’s vision with potential instructors. If a candidate aligns with our values and qualifications, you’ll then transition them to our production team for course development.

This is a part-time, remote position open to candidates in Mexico.

Responsibilities:

  • Interview Prospective Instructors: Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates sourced by the recruiting team, evaluating both their teaching potential and alignment with ELVTR's mission.
  • Convey ELVTR’s Vision: Communicate the ELVTR story, emphasizing our values and the impact of joining our team of instructors.
  • Qualify Candidates: Make recommendations for candidates you believe have the expertise, passion, and communication skills to inspire our students.
  • Coordinate with the Production Team: Transition successful candidates to course producers, ensuring a smooth handoff for the course development process.
  • Support Talent Acquisition: Work closely with recruiting sourcers to maintain a strong candidate pipeline, providing insights and feedback to improve future sourcing.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in roles focused on interviewing and screening.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage high-caliber professionals.
  • Sales Orientation: Experience in sales or candidate engagement roles is a plus; the ability to “sell” candidates on ELVTR’s vision is essential.
  • Insightful Evaluator: Demonstrated experience in assessing talent, with a deep understanding of the nuances that make a great teacher.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with recruitment and communication tools; experience with Zoom, LinkedIn, and Hubspot is ideal.
  • Flexible and Self-Driven: A proactive, remote work environment requires excellent time management and self-motivation.
