- A best-in-class hiring funnel within our ATS (Greenhouse), optimized for data integrity, efficient workflows, and the elimination of bottlenecks.
- A strong, collaborative partnership with Talent Acquisition Managers and hiring teams, ensuring every interview process—both online and onsite—runs smoothly and effectively.
- A reputation for operational excellence, where your ownership and improvements directly contribute to our ability to attract and hire top talent.
- Experience thriving in a high-growth startup or another fast-paced environment, with a proven talent for bringing structure and clarity to complexity.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding that every interaction, no matter how small, has a major impact on our employer brand.
- Proficiency with a modern Applicant Tracking System (like Greenhouse) and a knack for leveraging tools to automate processes and boost efficiency.
- Clear, confident, and professional communication skills in English (German is a strong plus), with the ability to connect with everyone from junior team members to senior leadership.
