- This is a full-time, fully remote position working from Latin America (LATAM), requiring work in a US-friendly time zone. (EDT preferred)
- Tier 11 is a full-service Digital Marketing Agency – tiereleven.com.
- You will initially be hired as an independent contractor.
- If you have the necessary legal documentation to work in Colombia and intend to transition to employee status in the future,
- Contractors residing in other LATAM countries will remain contractors.
- This role will be part of the Employee Success team within Business Operations, reporting directly to the VP of Employee Success and collaborating closely with the Employee Success Generalist.

What You'll Do
- Execute precise recruitment operations, ensuring efficient coordination and documentation.
- Administer HR systems, manage access permissions, and maintain data integrity.
- Oversee comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes according to SOPs.
- Maintain accurate and compliant HR documentation, supporting SOC2 audits and internal compliance.
- Implement and optimize workflow automation for maximum operational efficiency.
