About the job

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Projects Partner to join our Talent Operations team for 1 year. This role is essential for developing and implementing strategies within the Talent global function in order to make it more agile, data-driven, and aligned with Sanofi’s growth objectives.

The Project Partner plays a key role in supporting the design, planning, and execution of key talent projects across Sanofi's global HR ecosystem. Reporting into the Global Talent Operations function, this role partners with P&C Centers of Excellence (CoEs), Digital and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects that strengthen Sanofi's talent capabilities and employee experience.

The incumbent will manage a portfolio of talent-related projects spanning across talent acquisition and talent management, P&C technology — contributing directly to Sanofi's ambition to attract, develop, and retain the talent needed to chase the miracles of science.

 This 1 year role reports into the Global Head of Talent Operational Excellence.

Main responsibilities:

Project Management & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end project management for talent initiatives of low-to-medium complexity, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, RACI matrices, risk logs, and status reports

  • Apply structured project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) appropriate to each initiative

  • Monitor project milestones and proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies

  • Coordinate project governance activities including steering committee preparation and reporting

Talent Acquisition and management Projects

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of talent processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives

  • Coordinate candidate and employee experience improvement projects in partnership with the relevant CoE

  • Track impact metrics

P&C Technology Projects

  • Contribute to HR system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements (e.g., Workday, Hirevue, Qualtrics or equivalent platforms)

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities

Talent Analytics & Reporting

  • Ensure that project dashboards and related talent metrics reports are maintained

  • Support the build-out of talent analytics capabilities, ensuring data accuracy and meaningful visualization for decision-making

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders

  • Prepare and deliver clear project communications, presentations, and updates tailored to diverse audiences

  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and working sessions

  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to country-specific legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to maintain a competitive talent acquisition edge.

About you

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination

    Deep understanding of Talent Acquisition,Talent Management programs and P&C operations in large or complex organizations.

    Experience with AI-driven Talent technology and HR systems like Workday, Beamery, HireVue, and business intelligence tools.

    Advanced MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.

    Proficiency in HR analytics and talent acquisition/management metrics.

    Demonstrated experience working within P&C, Talent, or People functions is strongly preferred

  • Proficiency in HR analytics and talent acquisition/management metrics.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or equivalent)

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office 365 suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)

  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday, Beamery, or similar)

  • Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting; ability to build dashboards and interpret HR metrics

Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and culturally diverse environment

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to changing priorities

Languages:

  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written), French is a plus

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field

The salary range for this position is :Ft10 944 000,00 - Ft14 592 000

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
