Company is seeking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help support our Talent Acquisition team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support a fast-paced Talent Acquisition department with all interview scheduling and by providing a seamless candidate experience from start to finish
- Build trusting relationships with managers, interviewers, recruiters and HRBP’s to collaborate and drive performance.
- Run point on all onboarding tasks and questions for new hires; including but not limited to: background check management and US I-9 verification paperwork
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and optimizing scheduling efficiency
- Quality checks offer documentation to remove errors, ensure consistency and comply with location specific laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Psychology, Human Resources or any related course
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or project coordination, experience in high-growth / fast paced environments
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with Workday as an ATS
- Scheduling tool experience
- Ability to pick up tooling quickly and follow processes for clean data creation
- Professional and positive demeanor with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to prioritize and execute in a reactive, ambiguous high-pressure environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Curiosity on why we work the way we do
