As a coordinator at Goodwin, you will be at the heart of our operations, providing essential administrative and executive support to our senior Global Operations (GO) Team leaders. The Talent & Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of both the Human Resources and Office Operations teams. This hybrid position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
Legal Recruitment Support
- Assist the Director of Recruitment (Europe & Asia) and Lateral Recruitment Manager with all aspects of legal recruitment.
- Coordinate associate and partner interviews and briefing calls, maintain candidate files, and collate feedback.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases (e.g., LawCruit and Workday), ensuring accurate and GDPR-compliant data entry and purging.
- Act as a key contact for legal search firms and candidates regarding interview arrangements.
- Prepare and track legal search firm fee agreements, monitor expiry dates, and flag renewals as needed.
- Support the Recruitment Team in maintaining data integrity across all recruitment systems.
- Process recruitment-related expenses and invoices.
Executive & Operational Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to GO Team Managing Directors and Directors, including complex calendar management and travel coordination.
- Organise and manage all aspects of meeting logistics: booking rooms, registering guests, arranging equipment, and catering.
- Handle all communication channels (calls, emails, and post), ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare and process expense reports and payment requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare, edit, and manage high-quality documents and presentation materials - particularly in Excel and PowerPoint for partner meetings and firmwide presentations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organisational standards.
