Equip the workforce to win in the AI era
The Role

Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption.

We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that's transforming today’s workforce.

Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.

In June 2022, we announced a $220 million Series D funding round co-led by StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. With a post-money valuation of $1.7bn, the round makes us the UK’s first EdTech unicorn.

But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.
Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.

As our new Talent Operations Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our team, playing an integral role in coordinating the key processes that underpin the entire candidate lifecycle. This role is centred on supporting our Talent Partners with seamless interview coordination, providing insightful reporting and analytics, and mastering our systems to optimise our processes through automation and AI.

If you are passionate about process efficiency, obsessed with data accuracy, and dedicated to enhancing both candidate experience and team productivity, this is the perfect role for you.

This is initially a 6 month fixed-term contract.

What You'll Do
  • Flawless Coordination: Support our team of Talent Partners by expertly coordinating a high volume of interviews across multiple job pipelines, ensuring an exceptional and seamless experience for both candidates and the business.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Build and maintain a suite of analytics dashboards and handle ad-hoc reporting requests, giving our team a constant pulse on key metrics across the entire candidate lifecycle.

  • Systems Expertise: Become a superuser of our ATS, Ashby. You'll work with Talent Partners to build effective interview plans, create process automations, and design communication flows that enhance efficiency.

  • Uphold Integrity: Maintain system compliance, data accuracy, and user permissions across all our core talent systems.

  • Drive Improvement: Support the Director of Talent Operations with exciting process optimisation initiatives and help enable the wider talent team on operational improvements and best practices.

Who You Are

What you bring (Must-Haves):

  • You have previous experience in a fast-paced coordinator role, preferably within a Talent or People function.

  • You are highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities with ease.

  • You have hands-on experience working with a complex system, ideally an ATS or HRIS, and are comfortable maintaining multiple processes.

  • You love process optimisation and are excited to learn new technologies. You’re keen to develop your AI and automation skills in your next role.

  • You are analytically minded, with experience building reports using analytics platforms and Excel/Google Sheets.

  • You are highly accountable, take ownership of your work, and proactively communicate your progress and any challenges.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience using Ashby ATS.

  • Experience working in a high-growth, scaling environment.

If you're excited by our mission and believe you have the skills and passion to help us build a world-class talent function, we would love to hear from you!
