  • Manage candidate logistics from interview stage through offer and onboarding

  • Initiate and support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth new hire experience

  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and consistency

  • Track candidate movement and ensure timely communication and scheduling follow-ups

  • Support reporting and data tracking for the Talent Acquisition team

  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to keep hiring processes organized and on track

  • Assist with coordination of hiring events and university recruiting logistics

  • Handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks that support the TA team

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to manage repetitive processes with consistency and accuracy

Education & Experience
