We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Talent Operations Associate to help deliver a seamless, high-quality hiring experience for candidates and colleagues.
As Wayve continues to scale, you’ll act as a trusted operational partner to the Talent team—owning interview coordination across multiple roles, time zones, and stakeholders. You’ll ensure hiring processes run efficiently while contributing to ongoing improvements in how we operate.
This is a high-volume, detail-critical role, suited to someone who thrives on organisation, clear communication, and delivering a consistently strong candidate experience.
In this role, you will:- Coordinate complex, high-volume interview scheduling across multiple calendars, time zones, and stakeholders.
● Act as the primary point of contact for candidate logistics, ensuring clear, timely communication throughout.
● Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to keep processes moving and resolve scheduling challenges proactively.
● Identify and implement improvements to coordination workflows, tools, and processes.
● Support ad hoc talent operations projects.
- Exceptional English language communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in recruitment coordination, or talent operations role.
● Proven experience managing high-volume scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
● Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
● Confident working with a range of stakeholders in a clear and professional way.
● A proactive, ownership-driven approach to operational work.
● Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
● Comfortable adopting new tools and systems.
● Willingness to be in the London office 2–3 days per week.
- Experience using Ashby ATS.
● Experience supporting hiring in a scaling tech environment.
● Familiarity with recruitment processes and hiring metrics.
● Curiosity about AI tools and using them to improve day-to-day workflows.
This is a full-time role based in our London office (2–3 days per week). At Wayve, we operate a hybrid working model, combining time in the office to support collaboration and learning, with flexibility to work from home.
