The Role
Description

HNDevs (by Alabama Solutions) is seeking to build up a talent pool to potentially face an expansion within a key client. We are looking for a couple of Talent Operations Analysts to support our contingent workforce programs, including MSP, Employer of Record (EoR), and Contractor Compliance solutions. This role is key to ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and excellent client experience.

CANDIDATE MUST RESIDE IN MONTEVIDEO. 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary contact for clients, suppliers, and contingent workers.
  • Manage requisitions, onboarding, and offboarding through VMS platforms (Beeline, Fieldglass, Magnit).
  • Ensure program compliance with US labor laws and client-specific policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and generate routine reports.
  • Support hiring managers with workforce planning and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English is an ABSOLUTE MUST (will be acutely evaluated). 
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required (Bachelor's/Students at a 3rd or 4th year stage, from Uruguayan accredited institutions are encouraged to apply).

Nice-To-Have:

  • Hands-on experience with VMS tools (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, Magnit).
  • 2+ years of experience in MSP operations, staffing, HR, or customer support (healthcare preferred).

NO US-LABOR-LAW KNOWLEDGE IS SPECIFICALLY REQUIRED. Hired candidates will undergo an onboarding process to ensure that business logic-related knowledge, LOB specifics, and established processes are properly incorporated.
