We are currently looking for a Talent Mobility Specialist to join our team in Nissan HQ (CDMX). This role supports Nissan’s regional mobility operations, focusing on immigration, foreign assignments, Japanese employee programs, and intercompany processes. You’ll collaborate across HR, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless mobility experiences and drive operational excellence.

A Day in the Life:   

  • Coordinate immigration processes with external counsel, employees, and internal stakeholders, including database management and document handling
  • Support foreign service assignment (FSA) operations, including salary calculations, assignment letters, and tracking in mobility databases
  • Manage affiliate agreements and expense chargebacks, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up with global partners
  • Assist in Japanese mobility operations, including headcount planning, training materials, and salary coordination
  • Contribute to mobility-related projects and identify opportunities for process improvement

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Math, Data Science, or related field
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access

Desired:

  • Experience in mobility operations, HR analytics, or related fields (1–3 years preferred)
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
  • Customer service orientation and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Organized, dependable, and proactive in identifying solutions

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Talent Mobility
