HubSpot’s Talent Mobility (TM) Team is looking for a Talent Mobility Coordinator to help support the company’s mobility function by providing remarkable support to the TM team, key stakeholders, employees, and candidates. Through ownership and completion of crucial administrative tasks, this person will play an integral role in the smooth functioning of our team, enabling us to deliver the holistic support required by HubSpot and HubSpotters for all things mobility. This role will be based in the United States.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with employees/candidates, managers, recruiters, and other key stakeholders, as well as our external vendors, on information gathering for immigration visa, relocation, and tax support.
  • Partnering closely with global TM team members to help meet HubSpot’s mobility needs.
  • Overseeing notification filings for personal/professional changes that impact work authorization.
  • Monitoring and triaging email traffic on the team’s aliases.
  • Supporting sponsorship assessments for global candidates during the interview process.
  • Maintaining accuracy of employee records and reports, as well as document compliance.
  • Supporting intake process and document collection.
  • Assisting with template creation and process improvements that support the wider global mobility and immigration function as scale.
  • Responsible for learning mobility policies and procedures across multiple geographies.

We are looking for people who are or have:

  • 2+ years of work experience balancing a variety of tasks and priorities while partnering with multiple team members 
  • Mobility and immigration experience a plus
  • Resourceful and self driven, but also comfortable seeking guidance (as needed and without hesitation)
  • Customer centered mindset, including creative problem solving and clear and empathetic communication style
  • Demonstrable prioritization, attention to detail and time management skills 
  • The ability to handle a broad range of subject matters and work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, and transparent environment
  • Desire to learn and expand one's knowledge within the mobility space
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and have a positive, can-do attitude
  • Passionate about the values in the HubSpot Culture Code


Cash compensation range: 74400-111600 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
