The Role

Talent Manager / Talent Acquisition

In our 40-year history, we’ve changed a lot—from a culture-defining film title studio (Superman, Alien, Ghostbusters); to an interactive advertising agency; to an award-winning product and marketing agency with design, technology, communications, ventures and IP practices. We like change, and like to navigate our clients through it too.

Our approach to work is always human first. This unwavering focus helps us create meaningful and memorable experiences that live across digital platforms and often blur the line between the digital and real worlds. We believe disruptive thinking happens when you collide experts in design, technology and culture..

Talent Management and Talent Acquisition at R/GA are core to building an environment that enables Business and Talent Growth, Innovative Work, and an Inclusive Culture. As the nervous system of the organization, these functions drive collaboration, integration, and efficiency across our global offices. We seek both short- and long-term opportunities to support business growth and talent mobility across the network.

This role serves as both Talent Manager and Talent Acquisition Lead for Brazil. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality recruiting support to hiring managers and efficiently filling roles across campaign, product and brand design, content, strategy, and client engagement teams. You will collaborate closely with Brazil leadership and key partners across the Americas region.

As a Talent Manager, you will lead full lifecycle recruiting and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the broader talent market. Working across the R/GA network, you’ll manage and leverage both internal and external talent across a diverse range of projects. You will also play a critical role in supporting individual career development by understanding the capabilities of talent across your region and connecting them with the right opportunities. You will identify, engage, and recruit top-tier freelance and full-time talent using both traditional and non-traditional methods. You’ll partner with craft and client leads, hiring managers, and the broader Talent team to attract, secure, and retain best-in-class talent.
