Condé Nast Germany is looking for an Editorial Talent Manager to join The Talent Group in Munich.
The Celebrity Specialist will support our editorial, commercial and marketing teams in identifying, securing and managing the right talent for editorial content, video productions, events and partnerships across Vogue Germany, GQ Germany, AD Architectural Digest Germany and Condé Nast Traveller Germany.
Reporting directly to the Global Entertainment Director • The Talent Group • Advance Magazine Publishers Inc. in New York.
This position plays a key role in shaping talent strategy and fostering relationships with influential personalities across the German market.
Location & Working ModelThis role is based in Munich, Germany.
Given the close collaboration required with our editorial, commercial and leadership teams, regular in-person presence is essential.
The position follows Condé Nast Germany's hybrid working model of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote per week.
Applicants should therefore be based in the Munich area or be willing to relocate.
Your ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for celebrity and talent bookings and entertainment content from ideation to the finished product across all German Conde Nast titles and platforms, including but not limited to digital, print and video.
Partner closely with the Heads of Editorial Content across Vogue Germany, GQ Germany, AD Architectural Digest Germany and Condé Nast Traveller Germany to identify, develop and secure talent opportunities that support editorial priorities, cultural relevance and audience engagement.
This "celebrity specialist " must be on the pulse of all aspects of the pop culture realm and have a keen eye for emerging talent. This includes musicians, actors in film and television, athletes, influencers and tastemakers.
Work closely with editorial, commercial and video teams to support talent-related initiatives and projects.
Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant personalities across fashion, beauty, film, television, music, sport, entertainment, creator culture and the broader pop culture landscape.
Build and maintain strong relationships with publicists, talent managers, agencies, film studios, streaming platforms, music labels and other key industry stakeholders.
Develop casting recommendations and talent strategies for editorial features, cover stories, video productions, events and commercial partnerships.
Collaborate with the global TTG network by sharing market insights, resources and best practices.
Stay ahead of cultural conversations, industry developments and emerging talent trends relevant to Condé Nast brands.
Experience in talent relations, entertainment, media, communications, publishing, PR, artist management or a related field.
Deep knowledge and understanding of the German entertainment, media and cultural landscape.
Strong understanding of the worlds of luxury fashion, beauty, film, television, music, sport, entertainment and creator culture.
An established network within the German entertainment industry, including relationships with publicists, agents, managers, studios, labels, streaming platforms and other relevant stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
A passion for pop culture, storytelling and identifying personalities who shape culture and create relevance for premium media brands.
Fluent German and English.
