We are looking for a Talent Management Partner to provide strategic and tactical support leading various HR initiatives across the organization. We are looking for someone who is organized, energized by challenges, and ready to roll up their sleeves to get work done. This individual must be able to prioritize multiple responsibilities with a high degree of attention to detail, apply independent judgment, and proactively problem solve and identify (or better yet anticipate) opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Provides leadership coaching and expertise on ways to maximize the utilization of talent.
- Develops and delivers programs that increase management effectiveness and capability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
- Oversee the performance management processes, ensuring they are effective, transparent, and drive continuous improvement.
- Analyzes positions and organizational design and makes recommendations based on talent capabilities
- Proactively identifies career pathways and opportunities to promote talent mobility and development though talent mapping and succession planning.
- Provide tools and resources for managers and employees to drive clarity, performance tracking, and goal setting.
- Lead and manage the promotion process to ensure alignment with organizational talent bar and goals
- Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent programs and initiatives.
- Supports in employee relations issues, including conducting investigations as needed.
- Assist with other ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional experience.
- 7 years of professional Human Resources experience (at least 3 years of HR Business Partner or Talent Management experience preferred).
- Experience with designing or implementing successful talent programs preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
- Experience in a distributed workforce preferred (i.e. company with multiple locations, remote workers).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented and meticulous: You're exceptionally organized, process-oriented and have top-notch project and time management skills; you have the ability to juggle multiple high-priority requests, multi-task, and context switch with ease.
- Tech-savvy and able to pick up on new tools/systems quickly.
- Creative and entrepreneurial: You're a self starter with a desire to work in a start-up environment, an ability to learn on the fly, and an eagerness to figure out how to do things better.
- Professionalism: Highly accountable, with good discretion and a strong sense of personal integrity.
- Open and flexible: There will be a lot of opportunity to take on projects and grow within the People Team as the organization evolves.
