Responsibilities include user provisioning, onboarding and offboarding, hardware and software troubleshooting, access management, ticket resolution, endpoint compliance, workflow automation, documentation, and support for executive meetings and communications. The role operates in a HIPAA-, SOC 2-, and HITRUST-regulated environment and requires occasional U.S. travel.
