Employee Experience
- Support the design and execution of employee engagement initiatives for a global workforce, including integration activities, culture refresh efforts, team engagement events, and other programmes as assigned
- Support organisational change management by creating and maintaining employee-facing materials such as FAQs, user guides, and other internal communications
Learning & Development
- Support the Job Levelling Framework harmonisation project by assisting with information collection and consolidation, launch activities, subsequent change management, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Lead the refresh and launch of Coda’s global onboarding programme, ensuring that the content is current, well-structured, and effectively supports new joiners in their first weeks
- Migrate existing learning content to a new HRIS while ensuring accuracy, relevance, and healthy learner engagement
Wider People & Talent responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to the Talent Management team on tasks as needed
- Partner with multiple stakeholders across the organisation to collect information, coordinate inputs, and support the successful delivery of P&T initiatives
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, preferably in HR or related fields
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of tasks
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a global and cross-cultural environment while demonstrating adaptability and teamwork
- Interest in HR projects, employee experience, learning & development, and change management
- Priority will be given to candidates who are able to commit for 6 months
