Practicante Talento
Objetivo de la posición: Apoyar en la ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos estratégicos y procesos clave del área de Talento, contribuyendo a iniciativas de desarrollo y cultura.
Funciones:
- Seguimiento del cumplimiento de los indicadores clave del área.
- Asesoría a los equipos de RH en el uso de plataformas como LinkedIn Learning, Open English.
- Gestionar pagos a proveedores relacionados con desarrollo y cultura.
- Creación de materiales y recursos para los procesos del área.
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento a las capacitaciones del área.
Carreras: Comunicación, Psicología Organizacional, LAE.
Competencias de liderazgo y gestión: Accountability, agilidad de aprendizaje, organización y ejecución, comunicación efectiva.
Conocimientos técnicos: Manejo de Excel y Power Point, (básico – intermedio), Canva, SAP (deseable).
Inglés: B2 (Intermedio - avanzado)

What We Do
Crown is a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture, and sale of packaging products and equipment for consumer and industrial products. Crown's packaging for consumer products include steel and aluminum cans for food, beverage, household and other consumer products, glass bottles for beverage product and metal vacuum closures and steel crowns sold through Crown's sales organization to the soft drink, food, citrus, brewing, household products, personal care and various other industries. Crown's packaging for industrial products includes steel and plastic strap consumables and equipment, paper based protective packaging, and plastic film consumables and equipment, which are sold into the metals, food and beverage, construction, agricultural, corrugated, and general industries. At December 31, 2021, the Company operated over 200 manufacturing plants along with sales and service facilities throughout 40 countries and had approximately 26,000 employees. Consolidated net sales for Company in 2021 were $11.4 billion with 56% derived from operations outside the US and Canada.
