Job DescriptionThe Talent Intelligence Specialist is responsible for providing insightful and actionable talent intelligence and strategies through data analysis, market insights and visualization projects to enhance recruitment processes, acting as an expert in assessing talent availability and conversion paths.
Work Location: Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Work Schedule: APAC 1st shift
Specific requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in candidate sourcing, recruiting, or recruitment marketing capacity, with extensive experience in research or analytics
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Expertise on supply and demand for assigned sector and specific clients’ job families
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources, including client databases, job boards, people aggregators, and talent analytics platforms; create visualizations and reports to present data insights to clients
- Provide recommendations to clients on how to improve their recruitment process
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent intelligence
- Support business development and solutioning efforts to understand the complexity of fulfilling prospective client hiring needs
- Develop comprehensive candidate generation strategies and detailed recruitment marketing and socialization investment plans
- Create targeted lists of companies, candidates, local, regional, and national candidate channel options
- Serve as account subject matter expert on candidate generation strategies, including talent attraction (including both lead-gen and demand-gen based marketing), direct sourcing, internal mobility, and employee referral programs
- Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for both immediate and long-term strategic initiatives to support identification and engagement of talent
- Guide recruitment teams as they select candidate generation activities for each role type
- Use expertise with search engines and knowledge of human capital data retrieval to develop methods for generating accurate candidate lists and talent communities
- Create strategy for talent pool / community development
- Assist in creation of automated, multi-stage candidate engagement activities and campaigns
- Conduct market research utilizing market data tools, recruiting tools, and internet research techniques to identify target companies, understand competitive landscape and talent supply and demand for a variety of industries, job families, job titles and geographic locations
- Report on talent supply and demand, compensation and benefits trends, and competitive talent landscape across multiple geographies
- Map talent and competitive intelligence (including skills data) through qualitative and quantitative research and assess various geographic markets for future opportunities
- Utilize Cielo candidate generation quadrant strategy to determine marketing / sourcing mix for sector, client, specific role categories
- Detailed recruitment marketing investment plans for specific role categories within your assigned client account team; includes estimated investment for programmatic and job board advertising, social media advertising, and field marketing
- Estimate candidate funnels per role category on your assigned client account team(s) that detail estimated candidates from respective sourcing channels
Position Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field preferred (eg business, marketing, economics)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in candidate sourcing, recruiting, or recruitment marketing capacity, with extensive experience in research or analytics
- Proven understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and solid understanding of Talent Acquisition tools
- Experience using data and insights (along with effective presentation skills) to influence decisions that impact the business
- Experience using labor market intelligence tools

- Strong business acumen to analyze competitive strategies and propose effective alternatives or countermeasures
- Self-directed, goal oriented and personally accountable
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence without authority
- Proficient Excel skills (running and creating functions, pivot tables, charts, etc.) that enables the extraction, combining, and processing of data
