  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders to understand workforce priorities and hiring challenges, using talent intelligence to inform sourcing, recruitment, and broader workforce strategies.
  • Embed inclusive sourcing practices and consideration of diverse talent pools across talent intelligence, sourcing, and pipeline strategies.
  • Track sourcing and talent intelligence outcomes and continuously improve strategies, methodologies, tools, and ways of working based on data, stakeholder feedback, and evolving business needs.
  • Stay current on emerging talent intelligence, sourcing, AI, analytics, and recruitment technologies, identifying opportunities to strengthen team capabilities and drive more innovative approaches.
