Role: Infor: Talent Growth Lead / Talent & Organizational Development Lead
Location: Krakow – 4 days/week onsite
About the Role
As a Talent Growth Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering Talent & Organizational Development initiatives that enable business success and support employee growth. You will partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to design and implement talent strategies, organizational development initiatives, and performance management processes that strengthen organizational capability and enhance the employee experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Talent Development professional who enjoys leading complex initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, implement and continuously improve Talent & Organizational Development initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Lead Talent Development programs across areas such as learning, talent management, succession planning, assessments, workforce planning and organizational design.
- Support and enhance performance management processes, tools and methodologies.
- Partner with business leaders to identify organizational needs and recommend effective talent solutions.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including engagement surveys, action planning and follow-up activities.
- Lead or support large-scale Talent & Organizational Development projects from planning through execution.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and recommend best practices based on internal and external market insights.
- Build strong relationships with managers and key stakeholders across the organization, providing expert guidance on Talent Development topics.
- Prepare presentations, recommendations and materials for leadership teams and governance committees.
- Coach managers and provide technical guidance on Talent & Organizational Development processes and policies.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the function where appropriate.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Approximately 8–12 years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, Organizational Development or a related HR discipline.
- Proven experience managing complex Talent & Organizational Development initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, learning and development, talent assessment and performance management.
- Experience working in a global, matrix environment and partnering with senior business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.
- Experience preparing recommendations and presenting solutions to senior leadership.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate organizational needs into practical Talent Development solutions.
