Responsibilities
- University Relations: Lead the relationship with faculties, academic centers, and student leagues, ensuring our leading presence at career fairs and on-campus events.
- Top-of-Funnel Engine (University Outreach): Coordinate the schedule and outreach to universities for high-volume selection programs, ensuring the engagement of qualified candidates through tactical actions on campuses.
- Communities & Tech Meetups: Plan and execute the logistics of technical meetups, webinars, and community gatherings from scratch, from RSVP and infrastructure to post-event engagement.
- Program Execution: Support the operation of our entry programs (Trainee and others), acting as the main point of contact for candidates and ensuring a high-level application experience.
- Brand Logistics: Manage suppliers and promotional inventory, ensuring that the brand's visual identity is impeccable across all physical touchpoints.
- Impact Measurement: Track and report engagement and conversion metrics for candidates originating from community events and initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Employer Branding, Community Management, Event Production, or Field Marketing.
- Comfort in public speaking and ability to sell the company culture to different audiences (from students to experienced engineers).
- Ability to structure and scale community programs for different audiences.
- Extreme organizational skills to manage multiple calendars, suppliers, and deadlines simultaneously with high quality standards.
- High execution capacity and a hands-on approach to handle dynamic and fast-growing environments.
- Maturity to navigate diverse stakeholders and communicate with different levels of seniority.
- Analytical skills to use engagement data and metrics to adjust attraction tactics.
- +3 years of experience in the aforementioned areas, with a proven track record of high performance and consistent delivery of results.
