Job Summary: The Talent Enablement Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent initiatives. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify and address operational inefficiencies, streamline processes, and support the development of best-in-class learning interventions that drive business strategy.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Enablement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data to identify key outcomes, partnering with Talent Development to deploy training programs, measuring the impact of our programs, and collaborating with the Workday team on talent management functions. Additionally, this role will manage the design and maintenance of our intranet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement robust processes, workflows, and measurement frameworks to streamline operations and support team objectives.
  • Training Program Deployment: Execute reinforcement strategies for training programs to ensure continuous learning and development.
  • Collaborative Talent Deployment: Partner with Corporate Communications to effectively deploy talent activities and initiatives.
  • Enablement Material Management: Create and maintain comprehensive enablement materials, including training guides, process documentation, and performance metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, providing actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless data integration, accessibility, and onboarding of new vendors and technology platforms.
  • Intranet Management: Oversee the design and maintenance of the company intranet to ensure it meets the needs of all employees.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an enablement, training, or project management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, global, innovative work environment.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and other Office Suite programs such as PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with data management and analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of learning and development best practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other enablement technologies.
