- Participate in creating and updating Organizational charts regarding to determined changes and job creations
- Design and update the Job description of jobs in the LOB as needed
- Conduct and participate in new job descriptions and puts them into the determined job matrix for new change requests (New department, unit, unplanned positions …etc.)
- Participate in the new job position process facilitation for the LOB with concerned stakeholders
- Follow up and communicate updated and created Org structure with stakeholders for alignment and confirmation
- Participate in HR Projects and organization wide projects for any required changes (e.g., transfer, new vacancies…etc.)
- Facilitate rotation full cycle following criteria and determined rules as per the Business needs
- Participate in workload analysis activities facilitation based on each sector or departments standards
- Participate in setting new hires OKRs with direct managers through PMS for probation period, ensuring departments and individual’s objectives alignment.
- Follow-up and review new hires performance in the probation period using PMS for increasing productivity and system utilization
- Facilitate Semiannual and Annual performance appraisal full process maximizing the efficiency answering all managers inquiries
- Communicate the PMS benefits and features (e.g., achievements, activities and feedback comments) through awareness sessions for managers
- Participate in the exit interview full process, analyzing survey for decreasing high potentials turnover rate
- Participate in determining assessment tools and methodology for different programs
- Facilitate Assessment center activities for (e.g., Talent review, promotions, etc.), maintaining well understanding for the all assessment phases
- List and communicate all employees assessment results and development areas through the TMS for CDP full cycle
- Conduct and give feedback for employees on assessment results if needed
- Assist in the succession planning and high potentials facilitation process
- Conduct and develop programs manuals for awareness for better understanding and program efficiency.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 4-6 years experience in PMS, OD & Talent Management.
- Proven Experience in facilitating assessment centers is a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
