Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Development Specialist to design, deliver, and enhance learning and talent initiatives across our global workforce. This role will support employee growth, leadership development, succession planning, and engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and improve the employee experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate is collaborative, data-driven, and passionate about building scalable talent programs aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver global learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, technical training, and professional skills development.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify capability gaps and implement effective learning and talent solutions.
- Support talent review, succession planning, and career development initiatives, including mentoring and internal mobility programs.
- Manage and optimize learning platforms, reporting, and program effectiveness through data and feedback analysis.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, action planning, and culture-building programs.
- Collaborate across global teams to ensure talent initiatives are scalable, effective, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Support change management and communications related to learning, talent, and engagement programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in learning & development, talent management, or talent development, preferably within a technology or software environment.
- Experience supporting global or distributed workforces.
- Strong instructional design, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to leverage data and insights to measure program effectiveness and drive improvements.
- Familiarity with HR systems, LMS platforms, and digital learning tools (Oracle and Absorb preferred).

- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience supporting employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and passion for employee development.
