Job Description
The Talent & Development Specialist, reporting to the Director, Talent & Development, will support various talent and learning actions for AFNA. As a critical member of the team, the T&D Specialist will be responsible for managing a number of key processes that will make an impact within the business group and how the business group is positioned to global Amcor.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

- Data Tracking, Analysis and Reporting – Track, analyze, and report data related to talent management, D&I, external reporting requirements, performance management, and talent acquisition. Interpret information and provide key insights.
- Vendor Management – Manage relationships and contracts with selected suppliers, ensuring continuous review of opportunities to improve our external partners
- Leadership Assessment – Support the Talent Director with leadership assessment coordination and vendor management. Track and report leadership assessment data as needed.
- Talent Cadence – Support the management of the annual talent calendar and related events, including talent reviews. This will include providing support to Talent Councils by engaging with BUs, HRDs and HRMs to ensure cadence and timelines are followed
- HR/Talent Systems – Lead activity that results in the effective use of systems such as Workday. Coordinate virtual training sessions via the Workday Learning platform. Execute EIB loads and track learning completion. Test online content and provide reporting as needed.
- Learning and Development Program Support – Provide as-needed support to cohort-based programs, such as FLEx, which may include content development updates and administrative support.
- Learning Content Support – Leverage technologies to translate learning content. Facilitate review with subject matter experts. Upload documents into the LMS.
- Analyze Training Effectiveness – Gather feedback from training participants, analyze data and provide insights on training impact on impact and effectiveness
- Best Practice/Information Sharing – Share best practices and insight around talent management analytics. Partner with global peers to ensure alignment on reporting.
- General Talent Support – Provide support to the Talent & Development team as required on general talent activities
- Other Duties Not Listed – Perform other duties not listed as directed.
- The role reports to the Director, Talent & Development (located in Oshkosh) and will provide support on ad hoc Group HR activities and initiatives.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
- Bachelors Degree in Business, HR or related field
- Experience in a professional HR position. 3+ years preferred.
- Experience in talent management, talent acquisition, and/or learning and development preferred.
- Proficiency in project management
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Power Point.
- Written and oral English fluency required.
- Ability to sit up to 90% of time.
- Ability to communicate up to 100% of time.
- Ability to move from one place to another up to 60% of time.
- Ability to work on a computer 100% of time.
- Ability to travel domestically/internationally/globally 5-10% of time.
- Office environment.
